Shop with confidence at Equisafety. Products purchased online or in-store may be returned if unsuitable within 30 days of receipt. Sale or reduced-price items must be returned within 14 days.

Returning Items In-Store

You may return your goods to an Equisafety store. Please bring your receipt or other proof of purchase so that we can process your refund.

Our Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels attached, unsoiled, unused and suitable for resale.
  • Products purchased online or in-store may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Sale or reduced-price items must be returned within 14 days.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or Equisafety has sent an incorrect item. Please always send the item tracked. We recommend using Royal Mail. https://send.royalmail.com/ Royal Mail will pick the parcel up from your house.
  • Please package your items carefully to prevent damage while they are being returned.
  • Do not attach postal labels, stickers or packaging tape directly to the product’s original packaging, including footwear boxes, rug bags and product boxes. If the original packaging is significantly damaged, an appropriate deduction may be made from your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of Equisafety receiving the returned items.
  • Orders placed through our website cannot currently be exchanged. The original item must be returned for a refund and a new order placed.

Quality of Your Goods

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your goods or believe an item may be faulty, please contact Equisafety as soon as possible after receiving it:

Email: info@equisafety.com
Telephone: 0151 678 7182

If an item is confirmed as faulty, Equisafety will refund reasonable return postage costs. We recommend contacting us before returning a potentially faulty product so that we can advise you on the correct procedure.

Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, of unsatisfactory quality or has been sent to you in error, contact Equisafety immediately so that we can assess the problem and put things right.

Email: info@equisafety.com
Telephone: 0151 678 7182

If a product is returned because it is faulty, Equisafety will refund the reasonable postage costs incurred when returning it.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have a short-term right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. This right normally applies for 30 days from the date ownership of the goods was taken. After the initial 30-day period, customers may still be entitled to a repair or replacement and, in certain circumstances, a refund or price reduction.

Certain electrical or mechanical products may need to be inspected before they can be confirmed as faulty.

Manufacturer warranties may also apply. Please refer to the relevant manufacturer for the applicable warranty terms and duration.

Why Must Returned Goods Be Clean?

Because horse and rider clothing and related equestrian products may present health, safety and hygiene concerns, Equisafety cannot inspect, handle or process equipment unless it has been returned clean and dry.

If you buy something online and change your mind, you have a legal 14-day window to return it. However, Equisafety can legally deduct money from your refund (up to 100% of the value) if the item is returned dirty, as it has lost its resale value.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their returns independently. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and obtaining suitable insurance or compensation cover.

The remainder of the Equisafety Returns Policy also applies to international orders.
