The UK made X-Air Plus is built on a lightweight moulded ABS shell, and incorporates a ventilation system to help keep the head cool. A 4 point padded nubuck harness offers supreme comfort and security to the young rider. Specially designed cartoon character lining.

Made with complete and utter safety in mind, Champion Hats are repeatedly tested to gain the highest standard in safety. 

The X-Air Riding Hat offers a tough yet lightweight ABS moulded outer which prevents penetration against sharp objects whilst helping to spread the force of impact over a larger surface area and to protect the polystyrene inner from disintegrating during impact.

Inside, the polystyrene liner provides the cushion which helps to absorb and reduce the amount of impact to the head as the beads crush together to help reduce any bruising.

With added foam around the inside so ensure a comfortable, secure fit, the X-Air Plus is complete with a ventilation system to ensure your little ones head stays nice and cool whilst the 4-point padded nubuck, fully adjustable harness provides stability, comfort and comes complete with a quick release fastening.

The Champion X-Air Plus Riding Hat has the safety standards PAS 015 2011, VG01 01 2012 and it is British Kitemarked to PAS 015 2011.
